New PHP News Formatting
Thanks to Kieran, from the Tudorial IRC channel, I now have a new PHP-based news system, which allows me to edit one HTML file, and have the changes displayed on all pages.
This new feature is a vast improvement over my old system, which pretty much involved updating every single page with the new news item.
